Think Happy to Attract Happy
You may have probably heard of the Law of Attraction by now. In case you haven't then this idea would be easier for you. And if you have, and have not seen it work, I would like to ask you to try this again. This time, let's get a bit of a help from technology.
So how can we attract Happiness? It's easy but it sounds not so I suggest that you trust me and just... JUST DO IT!
Okay, so STEP 1: Think of a situation or thing that will make you grin or smile or giggle. It can be something funny from yesterday or a phrase that cheers you up or a person.
Now, for STEP 2, you have to visualize it happening as if it was real. As if it was now. Give it a go. Close your eyes and be in that Moment. Breathe deep and savor the moment.
While you are filling up yourself with that good vibe, for STEP 3 set up a reminder on your phone on a random minute within the next 3hours. Do it again in the next 3Hours after that reminder. The details should be able to make you recall that memory or thought that gave you a good vibe.
You may add more reminders within the remainder of the day just make sure that it won't be badgering.
As STEP 4, do it in the next 3-5 Days so I suggest you keep the reminder setting into DAILY.
Notice that on the 3rd Day things will be a bit lighter and better.
If you think that it doesn't work, get a blank sheet of paper, fold it into half and write down on the left side your thoughts right now.
On the right side, try to write what has changed on that bad thought. Do it for 2-3days and it will aide you on measuring if this was working.
