If other than your bad mood and the bad things around you, you can still smile, DO!
Try it for at least 5seconds and it might just give you a little more magic and spark.

It may sound funny and ridiculous but consider that smile as your gift to yourself.

Trust me you deserve that smile and you earned having that good vibe.

Everyday may not be good but there is something good in everyday.

Smile a while and it will all be alright.

Happiness overdose is bad for your health

As a popular saying goes, anything that is that is beyond its supposed consumption is bad for you. But "too much" only happens when the normal dose is determined. This is very common in medicine and leisure consumables such as alcohol. So what about happiness? Can it even be measured? HAPPINESS DOSAGE Happiness is usually described with the rush of dopamine and a mix of excitement, joy, and positive feelings happening within you. It is usually felt from things, situation, or people who make us feel better. To some this can be provided by vices or bad habits that spur a taste of dopamine rush or something similar. So what is an average dose of happiness? Just like how sweetness can only exists when bitterness is tasted every now and then, so does with happiness. We all go through a lot of misery in this life. One moment, we find ourselves wishing of an end of these challenges or more, this life but if you can look back to how you have been, you actually have done a great job living. You may find yourself in a lower disposition than where you wished or once was but if you look at it closely, you are at your better self, that's priceless and of a value beyond money or any measure. It becomes your asset that no one can steal but you can always use as leverage. I have personally undergone a medication for 8 years for a heart ailment during my Grade school and high school years. I thought of fighting for a worthless life with all the drugs and the ill feeling and the limitations on food and activities but here I am now, working hard to provide proper employment to those who don't have enough proof or documents but has the potential and the motivation to help and work hard.
