If you are one of those who keeps a planner or a schedule, it's time you schedule your laughter.
Most of those who keep and developed a discipline to stick to their schedule are most likely the busiest and those who barely put time for themselves.
Yet at the end of every day and week, we know that we deserve a giggle and a laugh to cap it off. Although our work or tasks may trigger us to laugh every now and then, nothing beats a genuine laugh while you are relaxed for the next few minutes if not an hour and a half.

It can be done every day or on weekends but make sure to find time to squeeze this in. It could be a guilty pleasure shameful old movie from your childhood or a crazy music video that people around your workplace would not suspect you to prefer to, but hey! that's the beauty of scheduled!
